WHAT IS lisocore®?

LISOCORE® is a material-efficient high-performance construction material with a patented structural design. A corrugated core, moulded out of compressed wood or plant fibre fleece, is sandwiched between two cover layers. Joined by force- and form-locking, this results in panels with outstanding rigidity.

This is a key differentiating feature of LISOCORE®, compared to all other lightweight construction materials. LISOCORE® is the perfect solution whenever heavy loads are involved – and where weight has to be kept to a minimum.

Furthermore, LISOCORE® sustainable, with production generating hardly any emissions. LISOCORE® therefore occupies a niche, particularly because there is no comparable high-strength lightweight wood-based construction material on the market. Despite saving over 50% material, we achieve 100% performance and stability.

One of the unique features of LISOCORE® is the wide choice of cover layers that can be combined with panel cores in a variety of different thicknesses. Panel thickness ranges from 16 to 120 mm, enabling the material’s technical properties to be chosen according to the requirements of the specific application. Another unique feature of LISOCORE® is the wide range of different cover layers and coatings that can be used, including wood fibre, chipboard and veneer plywood. As far as the finish is concerned, various coatings are available.
